Idahy Federal Credit
Union is owned by its members and run by a board of directors
you elect. You can be confident that your financial privacy is
a top priority of this credit union. We are required by law to
give you this privacy notice to explain how we collect, use and

We are committed to providing you with competitive products and
services to meet your financial needs, which necessitates that
we share information about you to complete your transactions and
to provide you with certain financial opportunities. In order
to do so, we have entered into agreements with other companies
that provide either services to us or additional financial products
for you to consider. Under these arrangements, we may disclose
all of the information we collect, as described below, to companies
that perform marketing or other services on our behalf or to other
financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.
To protect our members' privacy, we only work with companies that
agree to maintain strong confidentiality protections and limit

We collect and may disclose nonpublic personal

If you terminate your membership with Idahy Federal Credit Union,
we will not share information we have collected about you, except

information about you to those employees who have a specific business
purpose in utilizing your data. Our employees are trained in the
importance of maintaining confidentiality and member privacy.

Idahy Federal Credit Union is committed

members to meet their financial goals. We are dedicated to maintaining
the privacy of member's financial records, consistent with state
and federal laws as stated in our Privacy Policy.
1. We will use prudent and reasonable measures to protect the accuracy
and privacy of all member information, including information used
while conducting business via the Internet, ATM networks, telephone,
wire services, mail, and other means of communication.
2. Article XIX, Section 2 of Idahy Federal Credit Union's Bylaws
requires its officers, directors, members of committees and employees
to hold in confidence all transactions of this credit union with
its members and all information respecting their personal affairs,
except when permitted by state or federal law.
3. If you have provided personal identifying information via e-mail
(such as name and address), the information will only be used to
communicate with you in handling your request. It is not sold, given,
or disclosed to other parties.
4. If you choose to use Idahy products or services that require
you to provide us with personal identifying information, we will
not use that information except as permitted by state or federal
law.
5. The information contained on any site to which you link from
this site is solely the responsibility of the provider of that website.
