of refinance letter (Explain specifically why you are refinancing.

- Last
two years' Federal Tax Returns including all schedules (If
self-employed. Signed copy) If a corporation, please include
corporation taxes and all schedules.
- Divorce
Decree (If applicable. Copies)
- Complete
Bankruptcy Documents (If you have declared bankruptcy in
the last ten years. Copies)
- Copy
of homeowner's insurance (if refinance) or name and phone
