IHFA Loan Option at Idahy
Idahy now offers home loans through the Idaho Housing and
Financing Association (IHFA). You may qualify for this
special financing. Each Idaho county has its own set of qualifyers,
and for members who meet the qualifications, IHFA
offers:
- Below market rates
- 100% financing
- $1,000 - $3,000 in grant assistance for down payment or closing
costs
- Finally Home!® Home Buyer Education - a program
designed to cover all the steps involved when purchasing a home
- Rural Housing Development
